Architectural Review Committee

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is responsible for the aesthetic and architectural exterior appearance of all non-club-owned properties at Heritage Palms, including any lot, living unit (home), and neighborhood common areas.  Therefore, any work to be done on the exterior of an HP member’s home requires the homeowner to submit an application to ARC for review and approval prior to the commencement of the project.  Projects needing ARC approval include, but are not limited to: painting the exterior of your home, including driveway and lanai; replacing or installing new windows, front door, screen door, roof, gutters, soffits and fascia, hurricane protection (shutters, screens or panels), lanai enclosures, pool or lanai cages, lanai pavers, driveway and/or walkway pavers, home generator; and major landscaping changes.

A separate application must be submitted to ARC for each project.  To appear on the meeting agenda, please submit complete application packet(s) to Jill Eaton in the administration office no later than NOON the Friday before the scheduled ARC meeting date.  

ARC typically meets in the Activity Center Conference Room at 4:00pm on the last Thursday of the month, except in November and December due to the holidays.
